2 @ .5 Incline in 16 minutes.  Then I walked on incline for 10 minutes then did the eliptical for 10 more.

This run started out super frustrating.  Miles 2-5 I had this wierdest pain on the side of my stomach. It felt different than a side ache, more like a muscle cramp or something.  Anyway I was dang bugged because I could have ran the whole thing and felt good, but instead I had to step off the treadmill for a few seconds every half mile or so and try to get my stomach to stop being a freak:)  All in all though it felt good to do 8.  That's the longest I think I have ever ran! It took me an hour and 9 minutes.

I did 3.1 in 25 with .5 incline and then took down the incline, slowed down, and finished at 4 in 33

Today I warmed up on elliptical for 10 min and then did stomach and legs for a half hour.  I decided I need to be better about balancing my workouts.  I'm training for the marathon, so my workouts are so running centered but I know I need to get strength training in there. Even though I love cardio so much more than strength training :(

Did not want to run today, but I did.  And as always, I'm glad I did.  I ran a total of 4.  3.1 in 25.10 and the rest in 33 or something like that.  It's so hard for me to remember the exact time.

I did nine in 77 minutes. Holy wow! It was hard and I wanted to die a little bit:)  But I'm so glad I did it.  This morning I was about ready to give up my marathon training, but I didn't and this felt good except that my feet wanted to fall off after.  This is the farthest I have ever run.

I ran this outside, wahoo. Thank you sun for finally remembering how to be warm.  It's so crazy how different a run is when you do it outside. It was kind of discouraging because it was so hard!!! I'm a sissy, but eh.  I don't know if I could do 23 more miles on top of that!

Forgot my ipod. bleh.  I've had zero motivation this week.  I don't know what happened.  I'm thinking maybe I'll try a 1/2 marathon first. ha ha I don't wanna be a quitter, but I'm not very dedicated.  I didn't do my long run Saturday I was thinking I could do it Monday after work.  we'll see.

I ate Cafe rio for lunch and it was a brick in my stomach all day. Body hated it when I tried to run:) So I turned today into a weight day. So I warmed up with the 1 miler and then did legs arms and a little abs. I think I must need to do more because I'm not so sore. I also ran into my friend Danielle at the gym whom I haven't seen in a million years. Love it when that happens.

As much as I complain about it, I really do like to run and this felt pretty good. I went to the gym last night after work and piano lessons:) So it was later, which wasn't so bad because the gym wasn't so packed and it was primetime so I could watch Biggest loser while I ran. Anyway I did 3.1 in 25:30 and then 4 in 33 I think? I always concentrate on the 5k and then by the time I got to four I was so dead and ready to finish that I don't remember. I had wierd stomach aches again for the first two miles. Can't quite figure out why, but it went away so I guess it's fine. Like i say everyday, I just need to go in the morning!

1 Mile on treadmill and 1 on the elliptical.  My legs were so tired this morning because I had run the night before.  It had barely been 12 hours since my last run so this was the best I could do.  And I had to hurry because I had to go h ome and get ready for the primary activity. wahoo.

Ran a 5k on the TM in 25:25 and then took the last mile nice and easy.  Like a 9 minute mile.  Loved it.
