5 k in 26 something pushing the jogger.   It was an even heavier jogger than usual because my sister (not Merri) put her big camera and camera bag in my stroller.  Really regretted that on the run but it was okay.  I just know I would have been way faster without the stroller.  Maybe a PR.  Oh well you win some, you lose some. And I still placed 2nd in my age group so win for me!
