5k in 26:24- don't have my watch but I think my splits were 8:38, 8:19, 8:30 (not sure on this last mile).
It was an okay run. Some runs, I'll be at 2 miles before I even realize it. Today I felt every single painful step. I was sore today. Right hip hurt, left knee hurt, was just one of those days i guess.
I think tomorrow I'll rest or maybe go lift at Golds, and then Friday run an easy 3 again. And then rock it on Saturday! :). I'm so nervous pervous! |
