Cross Training today, I rode husbands bike to the gym (because I need to find someone that wants to buy me my own bike), lifted on legs and did abs, then rode home. I love riding the bike and even though it burns my legs and feels like a good workout it doesn't give me the satisfaction that a good hard run does. But I do enjoy the day off from running- it's a nice break.
I got ready and then rode the bike 3.5 miles to work. Hopefully it doesn't start raining when I need to ride home at 5 or this could be disasterous.
Total miles so far today: 8
After I ride home tonight my total will be 11.5- I wish it was as easy to run 11.5 as it is to bike it.
