I guess I'm just going to call this week my celebration from exercise week.  Nothing today.  I was so tired.  And again, little motivation.  I'll go tomorrow and Saturday for sure and then I'll be back strong next week.  Sorry running.

PM UPDATE

Biked to gym, lifted, then rode down univ parkway and around Provo and then back up to my house for 7.3 miles.  Glad I got out and did something.

Resting is good, but on days like today, I always say "anything is better than nothing." I'll take a bike ride or a walk just to be outside and get moving. It's tough becaue you don't want to lose your running mojo, but the motivation after a big race is gone. Just take one day at a time. We still have Onion Days to look forward to!

It's ok. Chalk it up to the Hobble. To bad in N out isn't finished yet, I was going to say go get yourself a delicious shake to celebrate :)

Luzy- Because of your comment I went after work for a great bike ride and I was definitely glad I got moving! Thanks for the motivation to get out :).

Lily- I know! As soon as that bad boy opens I am there!
