Monday: A.M. 4 Miles P.M. Circuit Training
Tuesday: A.M. 3 Miles + weights P.M. Circuit Training
Wednesday: A.M. 4 Miles P.M. Circuit Training
Thursday: A.M. Bike and weights P.M. Circuit
Friday: A.M. 2 Miles
Saturday: A.M. 6-7 miles with Merr Bear. |
