I love love love my garmey. It's been so good to me. I figured out how to make it show the splits, but it's on my computer at home so I'll post it later. What I do know is that my average pace was 9:06. Which is not where I want to be (I wanna be under 8:30) but it's faster than my average pace on Saturday so that is good. I think now that I am aware of how fast I'm going, I'll be able to get faster as I keep training.
Here's the other thing. I started out really strong, first mile was under 8:00 and then gradually every mile got slower and slower. I need to stop that! I want to be more consistent, actually I just wanna stay under 8 the whole time. I'll get there.
I went to bed way late last night and didn't think I would be able to get up but as always I'm so happy that I did and that I ran as much as I did. It actually felt pretty good too, I was worried I would be lagging. It was really windy the first 3 miles but it died down so that was nice.
Went to 7 peaks on Saturday and fried. It's just how I do.
