5 miles in the rain after work and it felt AWESOME!  Especially considering my lack of running the past week.  I would take these temperatures gladly everyday.  The rain kept my body temperature down and I felt cool.  The rain didn't get too hard until the last 1/2 mile and at that point I could barely see but I was almost home so it didn't matter.

That so is soooo....not right. The guy is sick of his relationship (probably with his wife or worse; live-in lover), and he puts out a personal ad only to have it answered by the same person he's unhappy with only again to find out that they're perfect matches...??? If it didn't have such a catchy tune I'd personally go punch the guy in the baby maker.

No social life, no sleep, no running. It's what my life has become. blech. stay tuned. I may run tonight!
