Today was a nice run, I had planned to run to the gym but woke up late.  I kind of hate that run to the gym too, so I think that's part of why I decided to sleep in a little later.  I felt pretty good today, and felt fast my 1st 2 miles and then the wind started being a brat.  And I just hit a brick wall a little. I saw some ladies from my ward out running and  I should have run with them but I was going a different way.  Maybe I'll start going with them though, a running buddy always helps.

Nice sub 8 there. And uh, maybe you should think about going to bed earlier Miss 'I slept in this morning again.'

What burt? How ridiculous, that would never solve my problem.

So I ate a Fat Boy ice cream sandwich late last night and I think that's where the sub 8 came from

Yes, having someone to run with helps. I know if I had someone waiting for me, I'd get up. Plus, the miles just fly by when you're chatting away. Those are awesome splits. GOOD JOB! I see you're running Hobble Creek. GOOD LUCK and enjoy!

I had a home made ice cream sandwich for FHE dessert. Plus I had 4 chili dogs for dinner. Last night was a good night.

You have gotten so fast! I agree on the outside vs. inside running. I hate the gym. I always get the feeling that I'm breathing other people's sweat. Also, some days you've just got to sleep in, and with weather like this, you might as well!

Nice work! I'm feeling that sleeping in bug too. However, you still got up and kicked some booty! Can't wait to see how Hobble Creek goes! Do you know if they are planning on canceling/postponing it if the fire doesn't get contained?

Curse the wind! It blew me all around too!

From Leandra on Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 12:12:14 from 71.35.249.216

Rad- They said that they're 90% sure that the course will stay the same even with the fires. 90%, let's hope it stays the same! I need that first 7 miles of down hill :)

From Merri on Thu, Aug 20, 2009 at 12:14:41 from 67.199.179.247

oh that would stink if they changed it b/c of the fires. running buddies are a must.
