Went at dusk and  was pretty nervous the whole time.  I tell you, I get freaked out that I'm going to get snatched up by an unmarked, windowless van. :).

Didn't wear headphones tonight because I wanted to be able to hear all the cat calls more clearly.  jk.  My ipod was dead which was actually alright with me because around mile 2 or 3 the music starts to annoy me anyway.

Slow miles felt like I was going faster but oh well.  I had to fill and frost eclairs tonight for YW in Excellence tomorrow night.  And I accidently ate like 10 before the run... So I'll blame the slow on that.

Husb ditched me tonight for a Pearl Jam Concert. What a punk.

had a dream last night that I was going to run that big hill by uvsc by my old apt and thought if leandra can do this so can i, but as I started to run it got steeper and steeper and I tried to stop and just walk and I just started to fall and slide. scary. very. scary.

According to dreammoods.com :

To dream that you fall and are frightened, indicates a lack of control, insecurity, and/or lack of support in your waking life. You may be experiencing some major struggle and/or overwhelming problem. It may denote that you have failed to achieve a goal that you have set forth for yourself.

all of the above.

then again it could just be the root beer floats and chili dogs I ate last night before beddy bye.

To see or eat chili in your dream, symbolizes intense passion and raw emotion. The dream may also be a metaphor for being "chilly".

To see or eat ice cream in your dream, denotes pleasure and satisfaction with your life. You need to savor the moment and enjoy it. It is also indicative of good luck and success in love. Alternatively, the dream may suggest that you need to cool off and not let your temper get out of hand.

NUMMY Eclairs, I love those things! And, since it was for the YW, you will be blessed and none of the calories will count!

I totally agree with Kelli! It's so funny about the unmarked van...we'd always get so scared in the 'hood when I was younger when we'd see those vans drive by!

Nice miles...I don't think those paces are all that slow either! You'd have been able to outrun any punks trying to snatch you up!!! :)

Lily- I'm dead.

Thanks for still checking in on me everyone! It's the same old story- I'm having a hard time adjusting to the new work schedule and running after work is proving difficult because I'm a)drained or b) have something going on, yw, piano, husband guilting me into staying home etc.

so here is the new thing. We bought p90x and husb says he's going to get up with me in the mornings to do it. So that will definitely help me get up to have a buddy and also it won't be cold in my house. so we're starting it tonight! wish me luck!

Cool. I want to do P90X, too.
