Warm up .25, Ran 2 without stopping in 17:30 then ran & walked to 3.25 before my machine timed out at 30 minutes .  Once it timed out I decided to go to the outside track and finish my run.  But I got about halfway around the track and realized I'd rather just run home.  So that's what I did.  Didn't have my garmin, so I don't know how fast or anything.  But it felt so so good to run outside.  Had to be home by 8:15 to get in the shower and go to Temp with hubs.  On our way out of the Temple I spotted the Dr. who delivered Sophie.  I would have said hi but I doubt he would remember me considering he wasn't really my dr, and we didn't meet until D day.

I was going to say that maybe he wouldn't remember your face, but he might remember something else. But you were on your way to the temple, so that wouldn't be good.
