I did 3 in 26, then the next mile took 9 minutes and then I slowly did the last half.

Today's run felt really good.  I ran 4 in 33 minutes and lifted for 5 seconds after because I had to hurry home and shower.  This is honestly the first time since I started back up that I have not wanted to kill myself during the run.  I went to the gym before work, which I know is part of it.   I always feel better during the workouts when they are first thing in the morning.  I also had a really yummy dinner last night full of pasta and chocolate milk.  So many carbs but I don't care.  It was so good and husb cooked.  So i think all that food helped with the energy.  Today helped me remember that I actually like to run:)

I did this in a little under 25.  and I did it with a .5 and 1 incline on the treadmill.  bleh.

Yikes, longest I have run so far this year.  It took me 53. Not my best time ever, but I was really happy that I was able to do it and feel good about it!
