Slow, painful, hot, PM miles.  I imagined this is how hot your morning runs are Burt.  It's going to be hard getting used to running at night.  Oh well, this was an accomplishment getting out and even doing it.

8:28, 8:17, 8:58; 9:31; 2:58

And 30 day shred video after.  i'm thinking if I can find good videos, maybe I'll start getting up and doing those in the wee morning hours before work.  Too many creeps out to go running at 5 a.m.   Good Job to all of you who run that early everyday.  Seriously.

No really, I agree with Merri. I see more creeps out in the evening than the morning. :)

I have heard of a lot of people getting out of the running routine when they switched to nights. So be careful not to be complacent girly! :)

Ha! I just did a night run, too. Of course my PM runs are as hot as your...um...life is going to be when you spend an eternity in hell. Just kidding. I hear outer darkness is quite cold. I'M KIDDING!!

Find a friend to run with in the morning - or some pepper spray! I'm horrible at night running. However, the shred videos? Those are tough! Maybe even go to the gym on the TM in the AM, morning workouts are SO much easier, but I know...I'm worse than you at sleeping in!!! :)
