Tough spin class today.  I was even 10 min late and still dying by the end.  When I walked in they were doing sprints so I guess I'm glad I missed that :).  


What does it take to become a spin instructor do you think?  Or a work out instructor of any kind really?

I was just trying to think of ways I can make money after we move that I wouldn't hate and wouldn't have to get a babysitter for sophie. But who am I kidding. I hate spin.
